50ml
Bad Appel
5ml
Cane Syrup
2 Dashes
Angostura bitters
20ml
Clear Apple Juice
(Not Cloudy)
METHOD
Pourthe cane syrup, bitters and half the Bad Appel into a rocks glass. Add 2–3 large ice cubes and stir until chilled and diluted. Add the remaining Bad Appel and more ice, stirring again. Top with fresh ice and gently float the clearapple juice over the surface.
GARNISH
Garnish with a freeze-dried apple crisp
