60ml
Bad Appel
30ml
Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
15ml
Monin Green Apple syrup
4 drops
F Bitters Sweet Symphony Rubinette Apple-Lemon Thyme (optional)
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker withice and shake until well chilled. Fine Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
GARNISH
Garnish with a lime wedge.
